  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Once you receive your RMA number, package the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number inside the package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
